From order to report, ten core capabilities.

This page sums up the Elang Bangunan capabilities that matter most to a building material business. They follow the path of a single order: received, delivered, handed over, collected, and finally recorded in the financial reports. It is the same order we follow in a guided demo.

The flow we demonstrate
  1. 1Order
  2. 2Delivery
  3. 3Handover
  4. 4Invoice
  5. 5Collection
  6. 6Reporting

An owner’s dashboard and reports that send themselves

Open the app and the state of the business is on one screen. A summary is also emailed to the owner, so there is no need to open the app at all.

What we demonstrate

  • ✓Revenue, gross profit, open receivables, and work still on hold for the day
  • ✓Scheduled email reports: daily summary, weekly performance, monthly profit and loss, receivables coming due, and critical and slow-moving stock
  • ✓Pareto/ABC analytics per product and per customer

What your business gains: Decisions are based on the same figures recorded in the books, not on a manual recap.

02

Large orders delivered in stages, with the balance always tracked

Order not fully delivered yet? The system shows right away what is still to be sent. One sales order can go out on several vehicles on several dates.

What we demonstrate

  • ✓Quotation → sales order → stock reservation → delivery note → outstanding balance (backorder)
  • ✓Fleet capacity checked by weight (kg) and volume (m³) together, with overload warnings
  • ✓Delivery routes planned automatically from the delivery address coordinates
  • ✓One invoice can combine several delivery notes

What your business gains: When a customer asks “how much of my order is still outstanding?”, the answer is right there. And no truck leaves over capacity.

03

The invoice is issued once delivery is proven

The driver closes the delivery note from a phone at the customer’s site. For selected customers, the invoice can only be issued once that proof is in.

What we demonstrate

  • ✓Recipient name, signature, photo of the goods, time, and GPS point
  • ✓An invoice hold policy set per customer
  • ✓Goods brought back and goods lost in transit recorded with different accounting treatment

What your business gains: A “the goods never arrived” dispute is settled with a photo and a signature, not by arguing over who remembers what.

Goods held for customers and supplier consignment

Some customers buy goods but leave them in your warehouse. Some suppliers place goods with you that you have not bought yet. Each is recorded in its own ledger.

What we demonstrate

  • ✓Bill and hold (“bought, but left with you”): the invoice and due date run as normal while the goods stay in the warehouse
  • ✓A goods-held handover record in duplicate, signed by the owner of the goods
  • ✓The Shelf Contents screen: your own stock, customer-held goods, and supplier consignment in one comparison figure during stock counts
  • ✓A consignment payable is only created when supplier goods are taken into your own stock

What your business gains: Inventory value on the balance sheet stays accurate, and stock count differences can be traced: goods held for someone else, or goods that are actually missing.

05

Consistent pricing, promotions, and credit control

Prices fill in by themselves based on the buyer, promotions apply automatically, and customers over their credit limit are held by the system.

What we demonstrate

  • ✓Segment pricing, quantity break pricing, and contract prices per customer or per project
  • ✓The Price Check screen, which shows where every price comes from
  • ✓Time-bound promotions with spend conditions, discount caps, and per-customer quotas. They apply on sales orders and at the POS
  • ✓Credit limits that take receivable ageing into account, credit hold, and tiered release with value limits

What your business gains: Prices no longer vary from one salesperson to the next, and risky receivables stop piling up.

Credit control screen: limits, amounts owed, remaining credit, and customers over their limit
06

Field sales performance you can measure

Every sales rep has a journey plan, visit results are recorded on site, and performance is scored from several angles at once.

What we demonstrate

  • ✓Weekly, fortnightly, or four-weekly journey plans, with their compliance rate
  • ✓A weighted four-pillar KPI: revenue, collections, new customers, and visit compliance
  • ✓Commission that can be based on cash collected, in progressive tiers, and held back until the invoice is paid in full
  • ✓Per-customer targets and a list of customers who have never ordered

What your business gains: Commission is paid on sales that have actually turned into company cash.

07

Field collections and collector deposits

Collectors work from a list of bills on their phone. The cash they carry is recorded separately until it is deposited.

What we demonstrate

  • ✓A collector worklist with how long each bill is overdue and customer contact details
  • ✓Promises to pay, receipts, and collector deposits
  • ✓A “cash in the collector’s hands” account kept separate from company cash

What your business gains: You always know where every rupiah collected is, including money that has not reached the office yet.

A fast store POS that stays under control

Cash sales in the store are handled from a full-screen POS that works with a keyboard and a barcode scanner.

What we demonstrate

  • ✓Prices follow the selected customer, including contract prices and promotions
  • ✓Split payment on one receipt: cash, QRIS, bank transfer, and card
  • ✓Receipt discounts approved remotely from a supervisor’s phone, valid once and expiring in 10 minutes
  • ✓Barcode product labels and shelf labels

What your business gains: The checkout line keeps moving, while prices and discounts stay under control.

09

Multi-warehouse, multi-unit stock

Cement counted by the sack, bought by the pallet, and sold by the truckload, all on one consistent stock card.

What we demonstrate

  • ✓Nested units with the conversion factor stored on every transaction line
  • ✓Multiple warehouses, send–receive transfers, rack locations, and stock counts posted straight to the books
  • ✓Purchase suggestions based on sales velocity; PR → PO → receipt → invoice with three-way match

What your business gains: Stock you can sell is always kept apart from stock already ordered by other customers.

10

Automatic accounting with figures you can check

Every transaction document is recorded in the books through its own journal, and you can check the figures from inside the app.

What we demonstrate

  • ✓Balance sheet, profit and loss, general ledger, receivable and payable ageing, and period close
  • ✓Fixed assets with scheduled depreciation and reminders for vehicle roadworthiness tests (KIR), registration (STNK), vehicle tax, and servicing
  • ✓Finalised (POSTED) documents cannot be edited; corrections go through returns, reversals, or credit notes
  • ✓Change history (audit log) per document, an invoice print log, and 16 data health checks

What your business gains: Last period’s reports do not change after they are issued, and every change leaves a trail.

See all ten capabilities in one demo session

A guided demo takes about 60 minutes, using three months of sample data that has already gone through the full document flow. The session can focus on the processes that matter most to your business.
