The server is provisioned in your name, the application installed and configured, then the face-recognition device connected to your local gym network. You never touch the technical side.

Do I need internet for face access?+
The device checks validity & access hours locally, so the door keeps working even if the internet is down. Data syncs back once the app & device reconnect.
Does Elang also handle staff attendance & payroll?+
Yes. Staff clock in by tapping their face on the same device as members. The system auto-picks the shift, records lateness, then generates a monthly payslip automatically — base pay, meal & transport allowance per day present, minus lateness deductions, with a full daily attendance breakdown.
Which face devices are supported?+
Elang integrates with the aiface21 face-recognition device over a WebSocket protocol. The app acts as the server; the device connects to it on your local network.
Is WhatsApp paid?+
No. Elang uses free wa.me (click-to-chat) links — no paid per-message API and no risk of your number being blocked.
Can it handle multiple branches?+
Yes. Elang is multi-tenant with a separate database per branch, keeping each branch tidy and secure.
Does it include accounting?+
Yes, fully: Chart of Accounts, cash journal, P&L, and balance sheet. Membership & POS revenue posts automatically.
Can Elang be tailored to how my gym works?+
Yes.
